Luan Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luan Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Vieira in the 23rd minute of play. Luiz Gustavo Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vânderson Cunha having to interfere. Agostinho Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Agostinho Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot. SemLimites FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Agostinho Zonta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vânderson Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Gustavo Barbosa was the one to do the kick off. In the 78th minute, one of Pato F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pato F.C. Pato F.C:s Vânderson Cunha showed great skill when he stopped Sydney Abraão:s penalty. After 80 played minutes Pato F.C got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal França. The supporters of Pato F.C booed when SemLimites FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Gustavo Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes SemLimites FC got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Chaves. Agostinho Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pato F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
