Jorginho Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Barreto in the 4th minute of play. Abel Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Renan Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Gomes in the 14th minute of play forced Loko Di Tudo FC's goalkeeper Roberto Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Brusque's Alan Neto got a free kick in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murillo Hoffmann during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Brusque getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Murillo Hoffmann hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Manfredo Silveira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Loko Di Tudo FC's Roberto Toscano. Roberto Toscano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the game, Brusque's Abel Gomes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Toscano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Alan Neto hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Jorginho Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Reynaldo Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Loko Di Tudo FC booed when Brusque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorginho Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Barreto in the 39th minute of the match. After 45 minutes of play Brusque's Murillo Hoffmann was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 46th minute, Murillo Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brusque's Manfredo Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. César Barreto was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Renan Messias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loko Di Tudo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. César Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Renan Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loko Di Tudo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Branco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Brusque's zone, César Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Branco came out of the goal and César Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manfredo Silveira got free with Roberto Toscano in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Brusque's goalkeeper Jorginho Branco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorginho Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Messias in the 75th minute of play. If César Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Brusque's Jorginho Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Messias in the 77th minute of play. Jorginho Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loko Di Tudo FC's Cristiano Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Brusque's João Carlos de Medeiros got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Renan Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 99th minute of the match Igor Souto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorginho Branco skillfully saved the ball. Brusque's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
