Spectators: 6700 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 144) With his leg Wellington Borges managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when MaraBaly's Arthur Souto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wellington Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Falcão in the 22nd minute of play. José Maria Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guaranii FC's Wellington Borges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Guaranii FC from getting a goal against them. Kiko Fantini charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kiko Fantini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arthur Souto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Wellington Borges skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 38th minute, José Maria Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Enrique Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Baltazar Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Guaranii FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltazar Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Arthur Souto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Wellington Borges made a huge save. Guaranii FC's Wellington Borges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Guaranii FC from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arthur Souto made a kick off. Wellington Borges came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by MaraBaly's Otávio Meirelles. But to his dismay, Otávio Meirelles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If José Maria Falcão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MaraBaly's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Alan Perez scored to the left of an out of position Nico Secco, making the score, 1-1. 64 minutes into the match, MaraBaly's goalkeeper Nico Secco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltazar Montenegro. Guaranii FC's Wellington Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Souto in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Arthur Souto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MaraBaly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If José Maria Falcão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo Moreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaranii FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MaraBaly the free kick. After a rather tough play, Guaranii FC's Luís Paulo Moreira got a free kick in the 76th minute. MaraBaly's José Maria Falcão got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renan Sarmento hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. MaraBaly's Nico Secco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save MaraBaly from getting a goal against them. After 91 minutes of play MaraBaly's Kiko Fantini was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Otávio Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wellington Borges having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the MaraBaly players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
