Amadeu Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Felippe Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sete Pecados Capitais's zone, Dorian Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felippe Schmidt came out of the goal and Dorian Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CA Bandeirantes's Amadeu Barral got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Simões in the 10th minute of play forced CA Bandeirantes's goalkeeper Antônio Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sete Pecados Capitais's zone, Dorian Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felippe Schmidt came out of the goal and Dorian Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Víktor Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cléber Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Antônio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Víktor Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Víktor Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, CA Bandeirantes's goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Machado came free, but Antônio Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Víktor Machado in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antônio Teixeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Amadeu Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Percival Alvarenga hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Antônio Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Machado in the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in CA Bandeirantes's zone, Víktor Machado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antônio Teixeira came out of the goal and Víktor Machado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, CA Bandeirantes's Percival Alvarenga got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorian Cardoso made a kick off. Felippe Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Barral in the 56th minute of play. Cléber Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Antônio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Amadeu Barral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Felippe Schmidt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Víktor Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Teixeira having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, CA Bandeirantes's goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Machado came free, but Antônio Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Percival Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 77 minutes, Cléber Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sete Pecados Capitais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cléber Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Víktor Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Víktor Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sete Pecados Capitais's supporters rose to their feet, but Víktor Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antônio Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dorian Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felippe Schmidt having to interfere. Sete Pecados Capitais's Felippe Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Cardoso in the 97th minute of play.
