Humberto Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Kuncz in the 41st minute of play forced CTMM - FDFDF's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Kuncz struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Zé Carlos Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magnos Futebol Clube. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

CTMM - FDFDF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Antal Kuncz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Carvalho having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Dedê do Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Magnos Futebol Clube players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
