The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antônio Carlos Andrade was the one to do the kick off. Antônio Carlos Andrade in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wilson Lopez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 90 minutes, Antônio Carlos Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BRAGA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antônio Carlos Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antônio Carlos Andrade who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Wilson Lopez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Mengo Noite SC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
