When Caio Costa Club's Nando Messias in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mengo Noite SC's goalie prevented a goal. Nando Messias spun around in front of the goal 4 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Mengo Noite SC's goal. In the 6th minute Nando Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cléber Baiano fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mengo Noite SC's protests and gave Cléber Baiano a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 minutes of play Mengo Noite SC's Cléber Baiano was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Wilson Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilson Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Messias in the 21st minute of play. Fausto Teles hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Mengo Noite SC's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Messias came free, but Wilson Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Gil Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilson Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Messias in the 39th minute of the match. Wilson Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Mengo Noite SC's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Messias came free, but Wilson Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nando Messias to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Caio Costa Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Donatello to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Nando Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Wilson Lopez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Wilson Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Messias in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Mengo Noite SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Silas Vidal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mazinho Tróia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Wilson Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Lopez was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Geovânio Nogueira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geovânio Nogueira really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Mengo Noite SC's Wilson Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Messias in the 75th minute of play. Wilson Lopez came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Caio Costa Club's Geovânio Nogueira. But to his dismay, Geovânio Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Nando Messias let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 80th minute shot 0-5 at rihgt post. Nando Messias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Lopez came out and tried to block the shot, but Nando Messias slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 84th minute. Silas Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Silas Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caio Costa Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Silas Vidal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Caio Costa Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mengo Noite SC.
