With a little luck, Solarestival's Enrique Antunes got control of the ball when Amauri da Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilson Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Enrique Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléber Baiano in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Solarestival booed when Mengo Noite SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilmar Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio de Azevedo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilson Lopez. Mengo Noite SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 30 played minutes Mengo Noite SC got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Amorim. Iuri da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Lopez having to interfere. Wilson Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iuri da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mengo Noite SC's Cléber Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iuri da Costa to make the kick off. A collision led to Solarestival getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Léo Silveira hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amauri da Silveira in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Antunes saved Solarestival from getting behind. Cléber Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Solarestival's zone, Cléber Baiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Antunes came out of the goal and Cléber Baiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Augusto Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Antunes came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mengo Noite SC's Cléber Baiano. But to his dismay, Cléber Baiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 74th minute, Amauri da Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 74 played minutes Solarestival got a freekick which was hit by Léo Silveira. Amauri da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Antunes having to interfere. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Amauri da Silveira sped through Solarestival's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Antunes. Enrique Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléber Baiano in the 93rd minute of the match.
