With a left leg Durval Costa saved Furtainha SC from getting behind. Geovanni Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Dênis Peres took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovanni Almeida. Geovanni Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 14 played minutes MubaaK F.C.B got a freekick which was hit by Natã Netto. In the 16th match minute, Furtainha SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Leão to maneuver through the defense. Tostão Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Costa having to interfere. Ernesto Pena was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Furtainha SC's goal looked a bit too open when Tostão Maia came free, but Durval Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tostão Maias short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Durval Costa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Natã Netto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Durval Costa having to make a save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tostão Maia was the one to do the kick off. Kauan Capixaba hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Jorginho Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MubaaK F.C.B's Geovanni Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Gerber in the 56th minute of play. Jorginho Vidal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Geovanni Almeida made a huge save.
