Spectators: 6652 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz de Lima started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adalberto Sarmento in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Paulo Pernambucano saved A.F. Oceânico from getting behind. Marco Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Pernambucano having to interfere. After 7 played minutes A.F. Oceânico got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Gaúcho. Blindão F.C's Adalberto Sarmento got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Adalberto Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Marco Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luan Vergílio hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Benedito Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz de Lima in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Blindão F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz de Lima came free, but Benedito Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th match minute, Blindão F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Recife to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Luiz de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.F. Oceânico's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz de Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedito Lucas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Sarmento in the 40th minute of play forced A.F. Oceânico's goalkeeper José Paulo Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Pernambucano having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Adalberto Sarmento made a precise shot to the right of José Paulo Pernambucano. A.F. Oceânico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The A.F. Oceânico players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Blindão F.C were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adalberto Sarmento made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, William Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.F. Oceânico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blindão F.C the free kick. William Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Marco Lago was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 62 minutes into the game, Kléber Recife was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blindão F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.F. Oceânico the free kick. The supporters of A.F. Oceânico booed when Blindão F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedito Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz de Lima's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blindão F.C's goalkeeper Benedito Lucas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A.F. Oceânico's José Paulo Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Sarmento in the 78th minute of play. After 94 played minutes A.F. Oceânico got a freekick which was hit by Aílton Alcântara. José Paulo Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
