A.F. Oceânico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tostão Maia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 13th minute, Fernandão Almeida reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Geovanni Almeida. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 17th minute, Tostão Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MubaaK F.C.B fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Fernandão Almeida took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Geovanni Almeida to make any attempt to save it. When MubaaK F.C.B's Tostão Maia in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.F. José Paulo Pernambucano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in A.F. Oceânico's zone, Tostão Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Paulo Pernambucano came out of the goal and Tostão Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natã Netto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Pernambucano having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, A.F. Oceânico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandão Almeida to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Jonas Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Walmir Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. MubaaK F.C.B's supporters rose to their feet, but Walmir Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Paulo Pernambucano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tostão Maia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, José Paulo Pernambucano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Walmir Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. José Paulo Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Esteves in the 67th minute of play forced MubaaK F.C.B's goalkeeper Geovanni Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Percy Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Paulo Pernambucano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. In the 76th minute, Fernandão Almeida left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.F. Oceânico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Jonas Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of A.F. Oceânico booed when MubaaK F.C.B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geovanni Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute, Tostão Maia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Natã Netto came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the MubaaK F.C.B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natã Netto couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, A.F. Oceânico's Murilo Capixaba got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fernandão Almeida hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Tostão Maia could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which José Paulo Pernambucano however easily saved by the left post. When the final whistle sounded MubaaK F.C.B left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A.F. Oceânico.
