Natanael Perez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, Nicolas Ceresso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorian Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 50 minutes into the match, Chopeiro AD's goalkeeper Dorian Correia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Ceresso. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Lopes was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Birutas FC's goalkeeper Arlindo Albuquerque, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dorian Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Ceresso in the 65th minute of the match. Birutas FC's Natanael Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilton Garcia thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Dorian Correia, a very annoying self made goal in the 89th minute which led to 3-0.
