Spectators: 6485 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chico da Fonseca kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Itabapoana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Linares to maneuver through the defense. After 3 played minutes, Sem Experiencia FC's Dário Quintal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vladimir da Silveira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sem Experiencia FC reached it. When Júlio Botelho came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Sem Experiencia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Botelho couldn't finish the play. After 12 played minutes Sem Experiencia FC got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo Loureiro. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Chico da Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itabapoana's supporters rose to their feet, but Chico da Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Váldson Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute of the match Eliseu Linhares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimir da Silveira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Júlio Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sem Experiencia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itabapoana the free kick. Júlio Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Chico da Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Váldson Montenegro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itabapoana. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Marco Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itabapoana's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Alcântara made a kick off. Váldson Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Váldson Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Botelho hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sem Experiencia FC booed when Itabapoana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Leonel Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Váldson Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Itabapoana's Antônio Carlos Peixoto suffered a sore thigh after 75 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 75 minutes of play Sem Experiencia FC's Júlio Botelho was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Sem Experiencia FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Júlio Botelho hit a great ball. If Chico da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sem Experiencia FC booed when Itabapoana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evandro Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sem Experiencia FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Itabapoana's much stronger midfield.
