Valdir Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Urbano in the 21st minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Joffily EC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Proença. 40 minutes into the match, Joffily EC's goalkeeper Murillo Barreto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráuzio de Andrade. After 41 played minutes Joffily EC got a freekick which was hit by Renan Mendonça. In the 45th minute, Jonathan Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pedrão Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. Vítor Lucas made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 74thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Valdir Xavier would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caio Urbano in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdir Xavier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Murillo Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Mandrak in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Joffily EC's Renan Mendonça got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Joffily EC's Murillo Barreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Mandrak in the 94th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
