Anderson Recife started the match with the kick off. Emanuel Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Furtado having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anderson Recife in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Furtado saved ibirarema f.c from getting behind. After 7 played minutes QUEBRA OSSO FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Leão. In the 11th minute Júlio Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvin Bourgouin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anderson Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Leopoldo Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christiano Ceresso hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Thiago Talló, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Anderson Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. A collision led to ibirarema f.c getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Christiano Ceresso hit a great ball. Emanuel Velloso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Furtado having to make a save. Christiano Ceresso got his second yellow card in the match during the 44th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, ibirarema f.c's Christiano Ceresso got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Anderson Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murillo Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 71st match minute, ibirarema f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Anderson Recife blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Furtado having to make a save. Chants of ibirarema f.c echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as QUEBRA OSSO FC had held the ball for most of the match.
