Spectators: 7380 (Terracing: 5536, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Caetano Cruz took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Cianita booed when Doguinhos Antifascistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Caetano Cruz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Souto. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Caetano Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doguinhos Antifascistas's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Souto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caetano Cruz took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Souto. Severino Souto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 15 minutes into the game, Cássio Fonseca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cianita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doguinhos Antifascistas the free kick. Edvaldo Tasso struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Severino Souto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doguinhos Antifascistas. Edvaldo Tasso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severino Souto came out and tried to block the shot, but Edvaldo Tasso slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. Lino Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Severino Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes in the game, Caetano Cruz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Severino Souto having to interfere. Caetano Cruz scored 4-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Souto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute, Caetano Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Souto was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. With his leg Severino Souto managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Doguinhos Antifascistas's Caetano Cruz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Severino Souto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caetano Cruz's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Cruz in the 40th minute of play forced Cianita's goalkeeper Severino Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cianita getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Maicon Urbano hit a great ball. Amílton Silveira struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Hortêncio Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cianita.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laércio Soares was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Caetano Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Souto was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Severino Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Cruz in the 60th minute of the match. Severino Souto came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Doguinhos Antifascistas's Clóvis Cruz. But to his dismay, Clóvis Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Caetano Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Doguinhos Antifascistas booed when Cianita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Caetano Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Souto was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 75 minutes into the match, Cianita's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Cruz came free, but Severino Souto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdomiro Valladares during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caetano Cruz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Souto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Doguinhos Antifascistas were the better team. Doguinhos Antifascistas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
