With an all-out effort, Vasco Net.com's Arnaldo de Carvalho threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valdomiro Couto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mateus Barral took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnaldo de Carvalho. Arnaldo de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 18 played minutes Vasco Net.com got a freekick which was hit by Romário Sampaio. After a rather tough play, Agronomia FC's Giuseppe Carvalho got a free kick in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Mário Rossi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Guilherme de Andrade was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. If Jean da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Valdomiro Couto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arnaldo de Carvalho. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 42nd minute, Valdomiro Couto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Mateus Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vasco Net.com's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateus Barral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnaldo de Carvalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mário Rossi made a kick off. With a little luck, Vasco Net.com's Luiz Guilherme de Andrade got control of the ball when Fernando Tavares tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo Prado in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo de Carvalho saved Agronomia FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eurico Carneiro during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mário Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giuseppe Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Arnaldo de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdomiro Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had been going on for 93 minutes Remo Amorim shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Luiz Guilherme de Andrade when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Vasco Net.com walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
