He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vasco Net.com reached it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateus Barral made a kick off. After having played for 62 minutes, Dorian Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EMAD F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorian Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, EMAD F.C's Dorian Vargas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Guilherme de Andrade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mateus Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, Vasco Net.com's Mateus Barral made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 83rd minute of the match Vicente Nóbrega sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Guilherme de Andrade skillfully saved the ball. Mateus Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mateus Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato de Lima having to interfere. Tales Leite charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tales Leite the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tales Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Mateus Barral struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Donato de Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vasco Net.com. If Jaime de Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Vasco Net.com supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vasco Net.com would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
