João Vítor Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo de Carvalho having to interfere. Arnaldo de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Ceresso in the 27th minute of the match. With his leg José Augusto Medeiros managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Agronomia FC's Nestor Alcântara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. José Augusto Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Fernando Tavares sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the game, Agronomia FC's Kléberson Rodrigues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Augusto Medeiros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, Agronomia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Ceresso came free, but Arnaldo de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, Roncador's Adhemar Miranda made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnaldo de Carvalho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adhemar Miranda in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nestor Alcântara made a kick off. Arnaldo de Carvalho acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 86th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ulysses Albuquerque. Roncador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeferson Cerezo in the 91st minute. The Agronomia FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Roncador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
