Giovani Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Figueiredo in the 9th minute of the match. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. 23 minutes into the match, Sarare's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Figueiredo came free, but Giovani Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Natanael Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 35 minutes, Natanael Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natanael Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natanael Messias was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Júlio Torres came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Sarare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Torres couldn't finish the play. Rafael Cardoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júlio Torres in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natanael Messias in the 46th minute of play forced PingaBall F.C's goalkeeper Rafael Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Júlio Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The wind increased when Kléber Coelho made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Doni Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes PingaBall F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Meira. Dorian Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, PingaBall F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Natanael Messias came free, but Rafael Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorian Bertassi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Cardoso having to make a save. A collision led to Sarare getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Alberto Pernambucano hit a great ball. Natanael Messias might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Cardoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natanael Messias ran back to his position shaking his head. Giovani Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléber Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Giovani Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléber Coelho in the 84th minute of play. Sarare walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
