After 4 minutes, Dieguinho Linares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! and the Bonsucesso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!'s Dieguinho Linares got a free kick in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederico Souza got free with Filipe Varela in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvério Vinhas during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bonsucesso FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Silvério Vinhas hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Bonsucesso FC's goalkeeper Filipe Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederico Souza. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederico Souza got free with Filipe Varela in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 21 minutes, Luís Gustavo Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bonsucesso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Gustavo Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Bonsucesso FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dieguinho Linares fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With his leg Filipe Varela managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!'s Dieguinho Linares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. César Macedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Gustavo Marquez went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! booed when Bonsucesso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Luiz Paulo Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Frederico Souza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. César Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frederico Souza to make the kick off. When Ediberto Bertassi came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Bonsucesso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ediberto Bertassi couldn't finish the play. Bonsucesso FC's Filipe Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguinho Linares in the 58th minute of play. Frederico Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Varela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frederico Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ediberto Bertassi during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dieguinho Linares in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filipe Varela saved Bonsucesso FC from getting behind. Guilherme Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Frederico Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dieguinho Linares struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Filipe Varela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!. After 85 played minutes Bonsucesso FC got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Bertassi. Luís Gustavo Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Passos in the 95th minute of play forced É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!'s goalkeeper César Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chants of Bonsucesso FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! had held the ball for most of the match.
