Macarani's Sandro Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Nerv's Dorian Vaz got control of the ball when Emílio Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandro Sousa was the one to do the kick off. In the 72nd minute Emílio Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Sandro Sousa made a precise shot to the right of Dorian Vaz. Nerv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 82 minutes into the match, Sandro Sousa notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Nerv's Dorian Vaz. Dorian Vaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Nerv's Manuel Salles got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Nerv's goal looked a bit too open when Emílio Neves came free, but Dorian Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Macarani's Sidney de Alcântara to fire away a dangerous shot which Dorian Vaz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 94th minute Emílio Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emílio Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Vaz having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Sandro Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Macarani had played much better football throughout.
