The Micaelos F C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Júlio Vander notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Serrolandia's Maurício Mattos. Maurício Mattos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Júlio Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Mattos having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Betão Araújo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Serrolandia's Maurício Mattos. Maurício Mattos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maurício Mattos came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Micaelos F C's Júlio Vander. But to his dismay, Júlio Vander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Maurício Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betão Araújo in the 43rd minute of play. Maurício Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Araújo in the 45th minute of the match. Maurício Mattos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuno do Vale's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Betão Araújo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serrolandia's Maurício Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Betão Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Mattos having to interfere. 0-7 became the score in the 73rd minute when Betão Araújo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Maurício Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Augusto Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Diego Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Betão Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Micaelos F C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Araújo couldn't finish the play. Betão Araújo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Mattos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Nuno do Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serrolandia's Maurício Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Júlio Vander succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 91st playminute. 95 minutes into the match, Micaelos F C's Betão Araújo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurício Mattos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Micaelos F C played a much better game than Serrolandia and deserved their victory. The Serrolandia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
