Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manfredo Neiva kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Elder Ortiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spp City's Valdir Rosado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Donatello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Martins in the 8th minute of play forced Tupiniquins Brasil's goalkeeper Acácio Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Félix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Valdir Rosado made a huge save. Acácio Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Spp City's Gabriel Martins. But to his dismay, Gabriel Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 21st minute Elder Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acácio Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Acácio Vasconcelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 26 minutes on the clock, Humberto Maia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tupiniquins Brasil! Bernardo Linares shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Gustavo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tupiniquins Brasil's Gustavo Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Félix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdir Rosado having to make a save. 43 minutes into the match, Elder Ortiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdir Rosado. Spp City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elder Ortiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Gabriel Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Gabriel Félix made the kick off in the second half. Valdir Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Félix in the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Spp City got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar de Lima. After 60 played minutes Tupiniquins Brasil got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Marquez. The crowd rose to their feet as Manfredo Neiva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Acácio Vasconcelos. That made the score 1-3 in the 63 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Spp City's Baltazar de Lima got a free kick in the 65th minute. Gustavo Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silas Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdir Rosado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. Tupiniquins Brasil's Acácio Vasconcelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Tupiniquins Brasil from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Spp City's Baltazar de Lima got a free kick in the 78th minute. Gustavo Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Valdir Rosado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 minutes of play, Tupiniquins Brasil's Gustavo Marquez made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdir Rosado was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Gabriel Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltazar de Lima during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Spp City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltazar de Lima to maneuver through the defense. Spp City were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Tupiniquins Brasil's much stronger midfield.
