In the 20th play minute Faustão Furtado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dráusio Mazza. 1-0. After some careless play in the Delvino FC defense, Faustão Furtado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dráusio Mazza. The Delvino FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dráusio Mazza should have stopped the shot. FERTIFLORA FC's Faustão Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 95 played minutes FERTIFLORA FC got a freekick which was hit by Rubens Bezerra. There was no doubt that FERTIFLORA FC were the better team. FERTIFLORA FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
