Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ciro Amorim made the kick off which started today's match. Goyania AD's Dênis Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Mangueira in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match ZAVIADO got a corner. Goyania AD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Davi de Sousa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Davi de Sousa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Goyania AD's Dênis Moreno did a great save. Zé Paulo Lima struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Ronaldão França didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goyania AD. Ronaldão França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Amorim in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Amorim in the 16th minute of play forced ZAVIADO's goalkeeper Ronaldão França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Pedro Pernambucano during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, João Pedro Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ZAVIADO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Ciro Amorim scored to the left of an out of position Ronaldão França, making the score, 2-0. Juarês Mangueira took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dênis Moreno. Dênis Moreno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. José Augusto Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. ZAVIADO's Ronaldão França proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save ZAVIADO from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute Goyania AD were awarded a corner. Patrick Viana went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Goyania AD's Cléberson Britto to fire away a dangerous shot which Ronaldão França despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 45th minute, João Pedro Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th match minute, Goyania AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pedro Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute of the match Davi de Sousa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dênis Moreno skillfully saved the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juarês Mangueira to make the kick off. Goyania AD's Vitório Quirino got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zé Paulo Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Vitório Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goyania AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitório Quirino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldão França breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Goyania AD's Ciro Amorim in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ZAVIADO's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to ZAVIADO getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Raúl Cunha hit a great ball. Vitório Quirino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão França having to interfere. After 67 minutes, Miguel Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZAVIADO and the Goyania AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by ZAVIADO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Patrick Viana was slow to take the kick. During this time Goyania AD's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Patrick Viana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ronaldão França quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Amorim in the 71st minute of play forced ZAVIADO's goalkeeper Ronaldão França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 played minutes ZAVIADO got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Batista. In the 77th minute Vitório Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldão França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Quirino in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Ciro Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ronaldão França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronaldão França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Amorim in the 91st minute of the match. In the 95thth minute of the game Vitório Quirino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZAVIADO's Ronaldão França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vitório Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Goyania AD fans cheered their team off the field, for while ZAVIADO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
