Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nilmar Ribeiro made the kick off which started today's match. Jacinto Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Moreno in the 8th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Cássio Sá was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morellato FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Landi the free kick. Cássio Sá hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Nilmar Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morellato FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, Morellato FC's Juan Senna got control of the ball when Ivo Vides tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivo Vides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Juan Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvinho Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Senna having to interfere. Silvinho Lira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Juan Senna made a huge save. In the 42nd minute of the match Landi got a corner. Morellato FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leopoldo Catarinense ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Leopoldo Catarinense got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Juan Senna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 43 played minutes Landi got a freekick which was hit by Humberto de Medeiros. Jacinto Sá stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nilmar Ribeiro's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivo Vides to strike the kick off in the second half. Cássio Sá was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. If Ivo Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvinho Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvinho Lira in the 56th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Morellato FC's Agostinho Moreno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Sá narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Morellato FC's Agostinho Moreno was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Agostinho Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jacinto Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Landi fully deserved thier win.
