Pedro Augusto Rosado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Naldo Reis made a huge save. 6 minutes into the match, Faustão Cerezo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Naldo Reis, 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Atalho SS's Paulinho Aguiar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Fontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Mulekada United FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Pedro Augusto Rosado hit a great ball. Paulinho Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Fontes having to interfere. Paulinho Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Clemente Fontes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atalho SS. Atalho SS's Naldo Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Atalho SS from getting a goal against them. Pedro Augusto Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Flavio Iztal notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atalho SS's Naldo Reis. Naldo Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Atalho SS booed when Mulekada United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulinho Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulinho Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedro Augusto Rosado struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Naldo Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mulekada United FC. 40 minutes into the game, Mulekada United FC's Caco Motta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Naldo Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Atalho SS's Naldo Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Atalho SS from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Pedro Augusto Rosado made the kick off in the second half. Mulekada United FC's Pedro Augusto Rosado got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernandão Baptista scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Naldo Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atalho SS! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Augusto Rosado in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Naldo Reis saved Atalho SS from getting behind. Naldo Reis came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Mulekada United FC's Faustão Cerezo. But to his dismay, Faustão Cerezo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Pedro Augusto Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mulekada United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Augusto Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 played minutes Atalho SS got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Cunha. Atalho SS's Naldo Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Augusto Rosado in the 79th minute of play. Paulinho Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mulekada United FC's Clemente Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Aguiar in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Pedro Augusto Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mulekada United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Augusto Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Flavio Iztal made a precise shot to the right of Naldo Reis. Atalho SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mulekada United FC fully deserved thier win.
