Spectators: 7095 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 8) Pedro Augusto Rosado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Gustavo Furtado fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mulekada United FC's protests and gave Gustavo Furtado a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Mulekada United FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ribeirinha:s goal. After a rather tough play, Mulekada United FC's Caco Motta got a free kick in the 12th minute. Anselmo Alves, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dráusio de Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dráusio de Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dráusio de Lima hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Faustão Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Augusto Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Quadros having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Flavio Iztal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natanael Quadros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mulekada United FC's Faustão Cerezo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Pedro Augusto Rosado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natanael Quadros was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Augusto Rosado in the 44th minute of play forced Ribeirinha's goalkeeper Natanael Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Caco Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mulekada United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caco Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natanael Quadros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Leandro Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ribeirinha players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mulekada United FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chico Lopez was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Flavio Iztal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Pedro Augusto Rosado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mulekada United FC's Faustão Cerezo got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Augusto Rosado in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Natanael Quadros, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Natanael Quadros made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Pedro Augusto Rosado sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 69 minutes, Pedro Augusto Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mulekada United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Augusto Rosado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faustão Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chico Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ribeirinha's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedro Augusto Rosado 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. When Pedro Augusto Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Mulekada United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Augusto Rosado couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Edmílson Macedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ribeirinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mulekada United FC the free kick. In the 82nd minute, one of Ribeirinha:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ribeirinha. After a defensive mix-up in Ribeirinha's zone, Pedro Augusto Rosado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natanael Quadros came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Rosado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faustão Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Iztal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Natanael Quadros made a huge save. Pedro Augusto Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Mulekada United FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ribeirinha.
