The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin do Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. Paulinho Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Nóbrega having to interfere. Diamantino Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Aguiar in the 72nd minute of the match. Paulinho Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulinho Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diamantino Nóbrega read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Diamantino Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Paulinho Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Atalho SS lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
