Reinaldo Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Lucas in the 4th minute of play. Evaristo Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oswaldo Atletico. Ronaldo Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Emílio Neto came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Oswaldo Atletico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emílio Neto couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Jerônimo Fantini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adeque SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerônimo Fantini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaldo Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerônimo Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerônimo Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Reinaldo Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Jerônimo Fantini made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Oswaldo Atletico's Reinaldo Paranaense tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Adeque SC defense, Ronaldo Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Soares. The Adeque SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Soares should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Cardozo came free, but Reinaldo Paranaense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tony Lucas during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Adeque SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Lucas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Oswaldo Atletico getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Noel Pombal hit a great ball. Jeferson Teles didn't quite understand what happened when in the 45 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arí Cardozo made a kick off. Oswaldo Atletico's Reinaldo Paranaense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Oswaldo Atletico from getting a goal against them. Tony Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaldo Paranaense came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Adeque SC's Jerônimo Fantini. But to his dismay, Jerônimo Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 1-4 became the score in the 64th minute when Arí Cardozo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Adeque SC's zone, Paulo Renato Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Soares came out of the goal and Paulo Renato Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th match minute, Adeque SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Saraiva to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Dagoberto de Toledo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Adeque SC's Evaristo Soares didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Adeque SC defense, Ronaldo Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Soares. The Adeque SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Soares should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Adeque SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Barbosa came free, but Evaristo Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Barbosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Evaristo Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oswaldo Atletico's Ronaldo Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 98 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Barbosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Evaristo Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
