A wasted opportunity for Hugos Arts Club. 26 minutes into the match, Arnaldo de Godoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Caco Lopez, 2-2. Adrianinho Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Brejo Alegre Futebol Club booed when Hugos Arts Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Renato Linares in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrianinho Vander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paulo Renato Linares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrianinho Vander having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Paulo Renato Linares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Amílton Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amílton Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnaldo de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Adrianinho Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Renato Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
