Spectators: 7197 (Terracing: 5399, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Ronaldinho do Nascimento made the kick off and thus started the match. 9 minutes into the match, Pussycat Dolls's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho do Nascimento came free, but Cafu Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldinho do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cafu Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Pussycat Dolls getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Wanderson Sanches hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Jonathan Amaral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cafu Barbosa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ronaldinho do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cafu Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfredo Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Barbosa having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Murillo de Lara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Genílson Ribeiro. The goal made the score 1-1. Diogo Vieira's late challenge caught a EspartaFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diogo Vieira helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of EspartaFC booed when Pussycat Dolls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogo Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronaldinho do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Barbosa having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Manfredo Loureiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pussycat Dolls's Cafu Barbosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ronaldinho do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cafu Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Ronaldinho do Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cafu Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half EspartaFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Murillo de Lara made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Manfredo Loureiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Ronaldinho do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murillo de Lara in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genílson Ribeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ronaldinho do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Barbosa having to interfere. Murillo de Lara struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Genílson Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pussycat Dolls. In the 78th minute Ronaldinho do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genílson Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Mangueira in the 80th minute of the match. Murillo de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. EspartaFC's Genílson Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Mangueira in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Fred Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EspartaFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pussycat Dolls the free kick. The supporters of Pussycat Dolls booed when EspartaFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Manfredo Loureiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EspartaFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manfredo Loureiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
