Lucas Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Secco in the 6th minute of the match. Lucas Paraibano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Melo went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Rodrigo Melo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Lucas Paraibano made a huge save. Lucas Paraibano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcus Simão showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. A collision led to Jacurutu AD getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rodrigo Melo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudinei de Amorim in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wellington do Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos da Mata in the 18th minute of play forced Jacurutu AD's goalkeeper Wellington do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zandonadi FC's Lucas Paraibano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Zandonadi FC from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Claudinei de Amorim notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Jacurutu AD's Wellington do Nascimento. Wellington do Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zandonadi FC's Lucas Paraibano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Zandonadi FC from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Melo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Zandonadi FC's Lucas Paraibano. Lucas Paraibano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Lucas Paraibano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Rodrigo Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Jacurutu AD booed when Zandonadi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rômulo Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 49th minute Jacurutu AD were awarded a corner. Vitinho Mesquita went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Inácio Cavalcante drilling the ball in to score 4-1 behind Zandonadi FC's goalkeeper. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Carlos da Mata was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Rodrigo Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jacurutu AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Paraibano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Zandonadi FC defense, Marcus Simão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Paraibano. The Zandonadi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Paraibano should have stopped the shot. When Jacurutu AD's Marcus Simão in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zandonadi FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Rodrigo Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacurutu AD's Marcus Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rodrigo Melo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Jacurutu AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Melo couldn't finish the play. Lucas Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Magno Campidelis's late challenge caught a Jacurutu AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magno Campidelis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Magno Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitinho Mesquita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. José Carlos da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wellington do Nascimento having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jacurutu AD's Vito Secco got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Marcus Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Marcus Simão put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lucas Paraibano. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jacurutu AD fully deserved thier win.
