Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Hortêncio da Fonseca made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Vides in the 8th minute of play forced Chapadas FC's goalkeeper Renato Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inácio Vides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Galvão having to interfere. José Vítor Cardoso was a little too slow when Hortêncio da Fonseca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Vânderson Arce came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Chapadas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vânderson Arce couldn't finish the play. After having played for 23 minutes, Inácio Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BULL FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BULL FC's Inácio Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Zé Roberto Trevisan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chapadas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 33 played minutes Chapadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Vânderson Arce. Inácio Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Renato Galvão was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Inácio Vides capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Inácio Vides really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. If Inácio Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 65 minutes, Zé Roberto Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chapadas FC and the BULL FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Chapadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Roberto Batista. After a rather tough play, BULL FC's Vivaldo Varela got a free kick in the 70th minute. José Vítor Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio da Fonseca in the 72nd minute of play. If Zé Roberto Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inácio Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Dalmo Vasconcelos came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Chapadas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmo Vasconcelos couldn't finish the play. If Inácio Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
