A hard shot by Alfredinho Coelho from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Fred Lopez's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 12th minute, Carlinhos Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nilmar de Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Fred Lopez made a huge save. Nilmar de Godoi kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Uichibine FC's keeper Fred Lopez was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Sidney Passos came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Uichibine FC's Ezequiel Antunes. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Uichibine FC's Ezequiel Antunes in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Legionários FC's goalie prevented a goal. Nilmar de Godoi in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fred Lopez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 34th minute Moisés Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Passos having to interfere. Giovanni Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Sidney Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Oséas Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ezequiel Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ezequiel Antunes to make the kick off. Ezequiel Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Sidney Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Carlinhos Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlinhos Prata in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Lopez saved Uichibine FC from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Uichibine FC's Moisés Donato sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidney Passos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Moisés Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Sidney Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Uichibine FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Dráuzio Magalhães hit a great ball. Carlinhos Prata scored 1-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fred Lopez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Uichibine FC's Dráuzio Magalhães dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The supporters of Uichibine FC booed when Legionários FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovânio Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Wilson Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uichibine FC's Alessandro Coutinho shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sidney Passos but with some difficulty. In the 87th minute Ezequiel Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Passos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilmar de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlinhos Prata in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Uichibine FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
