If Luís Fábio Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho Pitta in the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when João de Toledo made the kick off in the second half. Rubens de Andrade hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The Joker's Elano Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Passos in the 53rd minute of play. Palanque futebol's Ramiro Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Palanque futebol from getting a goal against them. Elano Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fábio Paraibano, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. If Armando Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Palanque futebol had played much better football throughout.
