ZÜÖ ÖÜZ's Leandro Dionísio got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 45 minutes, Leandro Dionísio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZÜÖ ÖÜZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Dionísio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Paulo Guerra was the one to do the kick off. Almir Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Rubens Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rubens Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Almir Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Dionísio in the 73rd minute of the match. Artur Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Nico Zonta made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Reginaldo Arce sent off a good shot on target. If Reginaldo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes Buffalo Soldiers FC got a freekick which was hit by Artur Ortiz. 84 minutes in the game, Leandro Dionísio dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Rubens Tepedino struck a weak shot in the 86th minute.
