But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quiróz Arozamena couldn't finish the play. Anastas Mojsovski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 7th playminute. In the 16th match minute, BOI BRABO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Tasso to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Itaguacu's Romário Britto got control of the ball when Iván Leguizamón tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Itaguacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Gilvan Lucas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Anastas Mojsovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th match minute, BOI BRABO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iván Leguizamón to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, BOI BRABO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quiróz Arozamena came free, but Arne Tingberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quiróz Arozamena was the one to do the kick off. Romário Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan Lucas in the 54th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Itaguacu defense, Iván Leguizamón kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romário Britto. The Itaguacu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romário Britto should have stopped the shot. In the 60thth minute of the game Iván Leguizamón who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itaguacu's Romário Britto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Anastas Mojsovski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romário Britto was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 72nd minute, Anastas Mojsovski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BOI BRABO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 79 played minutes BOI BRABO FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastas Mojsovski. 81 minutes into the match, Iván Leguizamón notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Itaguacu's Romário Britto. Romário Britto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonardo de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Arne Tingberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Itaguacu's Alfredinho Andrade got a free kick in the 89th minute. Quiróz Arozamena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Tingberg having to interfere. In the 98th match minute, BOI BRABO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Tavares to maneuver through the defense.
