Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Olívio Motta kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kroeff FC's goalkeeper Rubinho de Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 7 played minutes Enéas Carneiro rounded Shanna ARND S.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. A collision led to Kroeff FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Elói Prata hit a great ball. Rubinho de Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Edinho Hoffmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rubinho de Castro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Edinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shanna ARND S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Edinho Hoffmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubinho de Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Edinho Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Edgar Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rubinho de Castro was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinho Hoffmann in the 38th minute of play forced Kroeff FC's goalkeeper Rubinho de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edinho Hoffmann came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Shanna ARND S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edinho Hoffmann couldn't finish the play. Frank Bezerra came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kroeff FC's Enéas Carneiro. But to his dismay, Enéas Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Edinho Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Rubinho de Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shanna ARND S.C.. If Edinho Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Silveira made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Olívio Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kroeff FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olívio Motta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kroeff FC's Rubinho de Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Kroeff FC from getting a goal against them. Rubinho de Castro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edinho Hoffmann in the 62nd minute. Edinho Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Rubinho de Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Edgar Silveira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rubinho de Castro. The goal made the score 2-3. After 75 played minutes Shanna ARND S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Campidelis. Edinho Hoffmann's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rubinho de Castro firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 80th minute of the match Válter Gonçalves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rubinho de Castro skillfully saved the ball. Rubinho de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iuri Viana in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kroeff FC's zone, Edinho Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubinho de Castro came out of the goal and Edinho Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rubinho de Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Silveira in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kroeff FC's goalkeeper Rubinho de Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvério Luz during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Shanna ARND S.C.! Sílvio Luiz Campidelis hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match.
