Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felippe de Sousa started the match with the kick off. Felippe de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Eusébio Negri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caiubi SS. After 8 played minutes Caiubi SS got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses Souza. In the 11th minute, Orlando Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Caiubi SS's Jacinto Xavier got control of the ball when Luís Netto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 19 minutes, Felippe de Sousa made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Barcelona Fut e Cachaça's Eusébio Negri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Caiubi SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Barcelona Fut e Cachaça:s goal. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes, Barcelona Fut e Cachaça's César de Souza got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jacinto Xavier. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ulisses Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caiubi SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulisses Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Negri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edinho Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eusébio Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho Neves in the 44th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Edinho Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Eusébio Negri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dida do Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Agostinho Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caiubi SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Agostinho Macedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Negri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edinho Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Barcelona Fut e Cachaça booed when Caiubi SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edinho Neves was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona Fut e Cachaça's zone, Ulisses Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Negri came out of the goal and Ulisses Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ulisses Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dráuzio de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Negri having to interfere. In the 68th play minute Edinho Neves came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eusébio Negri. 1-4. After 70 played minutes Caiubi SS got a freekick which was hit by Felippe de Sousa. Edinho Neves might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusébio Negri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edinho Neves ran back to his position shaking his head. Caiubi SS's Dráuzio de Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Edinho Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caiubi SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Edinho Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Negri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, Barcelona Fut e Cachaça's goalkeeper Eusébio Negri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulisses Souza. 89 minutes into the match, Caiubi SS's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Camargo came free, but Jacinto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Luís Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dida do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Caiubi SS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Barcelona Fut e Cachaça.
