Zé Roberto Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franklin de Queirós in the 7th minute. When Júlio Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Serviraje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Carneiro couldn't finish the play. Murilo Carvalho hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Franklin de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agostinho Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Zé Roberto Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Serviraje's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Ramos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agostinho Faria. Agostinho Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Zé Roberto Ramos made a huge save. A collision led to Serviraje getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dráuzio Cerezo hit a great ball. Gino Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Lima in the 34th minute of the match. Agostinho Faria fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 39th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franklin de Queirós was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Franklin de Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serviraje's Zé Roberto Ramos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ciro Ceresso fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Serviraje's protests and gave Ciro Ceresso a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brancos FC booed when Serviraje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agostinho Faria struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Zé Roberto Ramos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brancos FC. Júlio Carneiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Zé Roberto Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agostinho Faria went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Roberto Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Faria in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jano Donatello in the 97th minute of play forced Brancos FC's goalkeeper Gino Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brancos FC had won after a very even match.
