Ciro Ceresso scored 3-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dráuzio Recife, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ciro Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dráuzio Recife didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jano Donatello went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Dráuzio Recife took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Carlos Recife's late challenge caught a Serviraje's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Carlos Recife helped the player get up and apologised. Dráuzio Recife showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jano Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
