Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rubinho da Cunha made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 2 minutes, Tadeu Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacionale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeu Abajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romário Nascimento was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Inácio Passos hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Durvalino Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romário Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Cauã Souto sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 24 minutes, Durvalino Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But to his dismay, Cauã Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 43rd minute, Rubinho da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th play minute Cauã Souto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Romário Nascimento. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cauã Souto was the one to do the kick off. After 56 minutes, Hélio Varela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Umburatiba AD and the Internacionale players grew even worse after the yellow card. Romário Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Abajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Cauã Souto succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-2. Internacionale's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
