Albertinho Custódio came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Mirinzal SS's Jeferson do Vale. But to his dismay, Jeferson do Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gildo Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Albertinho Custódio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeferson do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Custódio having to interfere. Albertinho Custódio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gildo Salgado's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Antônio Siqueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LuDrum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mirinzal SS the free kick. After 29 played minutes LuDrum got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Siqueira. Gildo Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LuDrum's Albertinho Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeferson do Vale in the 35th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Mirinzal SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LuDrum:s goal. The referee gave LuDrum a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cláudio Amaral, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mirinzal SS's Dé Faria. 1-1. Mirinzal SS's Gildo Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeferson do Vale made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Tiaguinho Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gildo Salgado in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albertinho Custódio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 55th minute Jeferson do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho Custódio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jeferson do Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albertinho Custódio was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gildo Salgado got free with Albertinho Custódio in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th match minute, LuDrum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Gildo Salgado struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Albertinho Custódio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mirinzal SS. Jeferson do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Custódio having to interfere. Albertinho Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson do Vale in the 65th minute of play. Jeferson do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Gildo Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, LuDrum's Tiaguinho Recife sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dé Faria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oscar Macedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dé Faria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Macedo ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeferson do Vale kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albertinho Custódio. That made the score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. Abelardo Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Albertinho Custódio made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Gildo Salgado sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th play minute Gildo Salgado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Albertinho Custódio. 1-3. Gildo Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Albertinho Custódio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
