Patrick Travassos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. György Cseh received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Patrick Travassos came out and tried to block the shot, but György Cseh slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Franklin Diniz put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Patrick Travassos. Pedro Luís Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Duarte in the 24th minute of play forced Candeia's goalkeeper Patrick Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Benjamin Toscano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Patrick Travassos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, S.E. Los Bigodes's György Cseh got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E. Los Bigodes's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Valle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Candeia's goalkeeper Patrick Travassos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marquinhos Duarte. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquinhos Duarte got free with Patrick Travassos in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjamin Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Patrick Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick Travassos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Franklin Diniz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 43 minute of play. If Marquinhos Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Franklin Diniz made the kick off in the second half. Candeia's Patrick Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Duarte in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Benjamin Toscano made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Travassos. Candeia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Caetano Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.E. Los Bigodes's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Travassos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Lopez in the 56th minute of play forced Candeia's goalkeeper Patrick Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, György Cseh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Travassos. Candeia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that György Cseh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After 61 played minutes S.E. Los Bigodes got a freekick which was hit by György Cseh. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Candeia's goalkeeper Patrick Travassos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Benjamin Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, Candeia's goal looked a bit too open when Marquinhos Duarte came free, but Patrick Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Toscano in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Travassos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marquinhos Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Travassos having to interfere. After some careless play in the Candeia defense, Benjamin Toscano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Travassos. The Candeia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Travassos should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Marquinhos Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to S.E. Los Bigodes getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Luiz Gustavo Eger hit a great ball. S.E. Los Bigodes's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Váldson Duarte 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 9-1. Benjamin Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Patrick Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Travassos having to interfere. Patrick Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Luiz Gustavo Eger fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 96th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot.
