André de Moraes was slow to take the kick. During this time Itaperuna-RJ's players had a chance to rest. After 17 played minutes Italia got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Cerezo. After having played for 18 minutes, André de Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itaperuna-RJ's supporters crossed their fingers, but André de Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateus Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute Diogo Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Italia's goalkeeper 罗岚鹰 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Brito. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denílson Maciel made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Italia's Mateus Massa threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Denílson Maciel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Diogo Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Mateus Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kléber Rezende hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Itaperuna-RJ's Fred Paulista got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 罗岚鹰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Cresconio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 罗岚鹰 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Brito's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Nicolas Brito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 罗岚鹰. Italia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Brito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Diogo Cerezo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Italia's protests and gave Diogo Cerezo a yellow card for diving instead. 罗岚鹰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Cresconio might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 罗岚鹰. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolfo Cresconio ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Itaperuna-RJ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
