Spectators: 6525 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) After a rather tough play, SKT T1's Váldson Arósio got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 9th match minute, SKT T1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agostinho Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. Fernandinho Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aníbal Castro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jarbas Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laranjeiras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarbas Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aníbal Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute Fernandinho Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Laranjeiras FC's Dorival Pinheiro tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aníbal Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, SKT T1's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Catarinense came free, but Aníbal Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Laranjeiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Hermes. If Joélson Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Arce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laranjeiras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SKT T1 the free kick. SKT T1 were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Laranjeiras FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olívio Leme took the corner. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarbas Barreto made a kick off. Mazinho Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laranjeiras FC's Mazinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genílson Fantini in the 57th minute of play. Fernandinho Catarinense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aníbal Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mazinho Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genílson Fantini in the 66th minute of play. Jarbas Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Laranjeiras FC booed when SKT T1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mazinho Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joélson Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Jarbas Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aníbal Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarbas Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernandinho Catarinense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Aníbal Castro made a huge save. Mazinho Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joélson Quirino in the 95th minute of the match.
