Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5436, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rômulo da Costa kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Alpinino FC's goalkeeper Celsinho Matorin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Telmo Alcântara. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alpinino FC's goalkeeper Celsinho Matorin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 13 minutes, Rômulo da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esporte Clube Guaxinim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo da Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21stth minute of the game Cláudio de Alcântara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Frederik Rauen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Flávio da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esporte Clube Guaxinim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flávio da Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rômulo da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Matorin having to interfere. Celsinho Matorin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rômulo da Costa's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Telmo Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celsinho Matorin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Rômulo da Costa in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Telmo Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Esporte Clube Guaxinim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telmo Alcântara couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cláudio de Alcântara made a kick off. After some careless play in the Alpinino FC defense, Telmo Alcântara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celsinho Matorin. The Alpinino FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celsinho Matorin should have stopped the shot. Alpinino FC's Cláudio de Alcântara was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 59th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Tiago Gabriel Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpinino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Gabriel Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederik Rauen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Telmo Alcântara scored 4-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celsinho Matorin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the game, Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Rômulo da Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celsinho Matorin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Celsinho Matorin came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Telmo Alcântara. But to his dismay, Telmo Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Celsinho Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Telmo Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Celsinho Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rômulo da Costa struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Celsinho Matorin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esporte Clube Guaxinim. Celsinho Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telmo Alcântara in the 94th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Esporte Clube Guaxinim fully deserved thier win.
