The referee ignored Kushikime's protests and gave Ulysses Recife a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kushikime's Ulysses Recife got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Durvalino Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. João Pedro Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Kushikime's César Rocha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Pedro Lucas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If César Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Rocha struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. João Pedro Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kushikime. In the 46th minute, Luís Fernando Monteiro made a precise shot to the right of Cristian de Alcântara. Kushikime's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After the first half Boizebu FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Fernando Monteiro to strike the kick off in the second half. If Chiquinho de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Luís Fernando Monteiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian de Alcântara was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Dênis Campidelis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Cristian de Alcântara made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Boizebu FC's Eliseu Bertassi got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Kushikime's César Rocha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Pedro Lucas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Pedro Lucas came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Kushikime's Chiquinho de Salles. But to his dismay, Chiquinho de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kushikime players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
